Earlier this month I asked Erika Thomas, the owner of High Point Creamery, if I could hang out in her ice cream parlor and take photographs.
Erika hand crafts each of High Point's flavors on site and, while there are some traditional picks, there are also quite a few standouts. Earl Grey with Shortbread Cookies. Tin Cup Whiskey with Pistachio Brittle. Bananas with Honey. Plus Erika's personal favorite: Basil with Blackberry Swirl.
